Not actually from my emerging tech class but I made it in blender back when I was first learning it in highschool. It was inspired by the Kane Pixels animations he created which involved a similar environment, the reason for the low quality is my mediocre attempt at a VHS filter I was using to cover up imperfections in the render to make it seem more photorealistic.
Made this for my ET3 LIA, just made a little grassy town and used an app that tracked my phones movement allowing me to transfer the camera movement from an iphone video into a track a camera can follow in blender. This let me create a realistic camera movement while "walking around". The render itself while I am quite proud of it clearly has many visual bugs I didn't notice until after I let it render for 8 hours. The sky and colors could be better and the fog/clouds move at super speed for a few seconds before slowing down at the end of the video. Nonetheless I am very happy with the models I made to include in this and it was good practice with creating and setting up materials using the node editor.
